By accessing, registering for or using any part of the pkr398 platform — including its website, mobile browser version, betting markets, casino games, jackpot slots, promotions and any other services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

Each person may register only one account on pkr398. Multiple accounts — whether opened under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited. pkr398 uses automated systems and manual review to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended and any bonus winnings derived from them will be cancelled.

Providing false information at registration, or updating your profile with false information subsequently, is grounds for immediate account closure.

Any activity on your account before you notify pkr398 of unauthorised access remains your responsibility. pkr398 accounts are non-transferable. You cannot sell, transfer or allow another person to use your account. Attempting to transfer an account or its balance to another person is grounds for immediate account closure.

pkr398 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. No currency conversion is applied at any stage — every transaction on pkr398 is conducted entirely in PKR.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pkr398, though your payment provider may have its own transaction limits that apply independently. pkr398 is not responsible for transaction rejections imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

• All payment methods used to deposit on pkr398 must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits funded by another person's account or card — are not accepted and will be returned where possible, with the associated funds withheld pending investigation.
• pkr398 does not charge deposit fees on its end. Your payment provider may charge transaction fees independently; pkr398 has no control over these and is not responsible for them.
• Deposits are credited to your pkr398 balance immediately in most cases. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• pkr398 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, particularly if there is reason to suspect the funds originate from a prohibited source or the transaction is inconsistent with your account history.

pkr398 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 30 minutes. Bank transfers via IBFT are typically completed within one business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on your issuing bank.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the pkr398 identity verification process (see Section 3). Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending until verification is approved.

All sports bets placed on pkr398 are governed by the specific rules for each market, which are displayed within the betting interface. By placing a bet you confirm you have read and accepted the market rules. The general principles below apply across all pkr398 betting markets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be edited, cancelled or reversed by the user. pkr398 may void a bet if it was accepted in error — for example at clearly incorrect odds — and will notify you if this occurs.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Network latency does not give you any claim to previously displayed odds if they changed before your confirmation was processed.

• pkr398 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual or potentially abusive betting patterns are identified.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all pkr398 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible pkr398 accounts only. An account must be fully verified and in good standing to claim a bonus. pkr398 reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion without notice if the account shows signs of bonus abuse or is otherwise ineligible.

pkr398 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring us to do so.
• Account inactivity — defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be closed after this period; any remaining balance will be held for a further 12 months and then forfeited if not claimed.

If you wish to close your pkr398 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules. Your remaining balance will be returned to you via your primary withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
